M Squared Training Academy

Online safety training from M Squared Safety, in English and Spanish: 32 courses covering OSHA and Cal/OSHA rules. Every course has lessons, practice questions, a final exam you have to pass, and a certificate of completion from M Squared Safety Solutions, Inc. An M Squared trainer answers questions in English or Spanish, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific time, at 949-954-6581.

Where the federal and California rules differ, each course comes in two versions: Federal OSHA, for workers outside California, and Cal/OSHA, for California workers. Topics covered only by California rules have a Cal/OSHA course.

How it works

  1. Buy a seat. One seat per worker.
  2. Get your login by email. It arrives within minutes of your order.
  3. Train at your own pace. On a phone, tablet or computer. Your progress saves as you go.
  4. Pass the final exam. 25 questions, 80 percent to pass, 3 attempts. When you pass, you print your certificate. It expires 1 year after it is issued, and M Squared keeps your training record.
  5. Print your certificate within 7 days. You have 7 days after you pass to print or download it. After that your login may be closed, and you will have to submit a request to info@msquaredsafety.com to receive your certificate.

Your employer's part

An online course does not replace the training your employer must give on your own job: site-specific training, and hands-on practice and evaluation where the rule requires them.

Full refund if you have not opened the course. Once a course is started, it cannot be refunded.

Online plus hands-on. The classroom part is online. The hands-on part is either an evaluation by your employer with M Squared's checklist, or a session at our San Clemente office that you schedule inside the course. Your certificate is issued after the hands-on part.
