Subscription Cancellation Policy

 

Effective July 11, 2026.

 

The M Squared Safety Line is a subscription. Plans renew automatically at the same price until you cancel. Monthly plans renew each month. Annual plans renew each year.

 

You can cancel anytime, online, through your account, with no phone call required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You will not be billed again after you cancel.

 

For annual plans, we send you a reminder before each annual renewal that tells you what is renewing, the renewal date, and how to cancel.

 

If we ever change the price, we will give you clear notice and instructions on how to cancel, no less than 7 and no more than 30 days before the change takes effect.

 

There are no refunds. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current paid period, and you are not billed again after that. Questions about cancellation go to 99line@msquaredsafety.com.
