Residential Fall Protection (Federal OSHA) Online Training

This online course covers the OSHA residential construction fall protection rules (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), 1926.502, and 1926.503) and is written at the Authorized User level.

How it works

• You take the course online, at your own pace, on a phone or a computer.
• Each topic lesson ends with practice questions that do not count toward your score.
• The final exam has 25 questions drawn at random. You need 80 percent to pass, and you get 3 attempts.
• When you pass, you get a certificate of completion from M Squared Safety Solutions, Inc. The certificate expires 1 year after it is issued.

This online course does not replace the training your employer must give on your own job: site-specific training, and hands-on practice and evaluation where the rule requires them.

Before you use your harness for the first time, ask your supervisor to check that it fits and that you put it on and use it the right way.
