Your employer's part
This online course does not replace the training your employer must give on your own job: site-specific training, and hands-on practice and evaluation where the rule requires them.
What this course does not do
The course ends with a company review page: each worker reviews the employer's own exit routes, alarm, assembly area, wardens and contacts with a supervisor. The employer must still review its own plan with each employee (1910.38(f), 1910.39(d)). This course does not train evacuation wardens or employees with rescue, medical or critical-operations duties, does not teach fire extinguisher use, and does not cover construction sites.
