- Each topic lesson ends with practice questions that do not count toward your score.
- The lessons include scenarios with discussion questions, and you take the course on your own.
- The final exam has 25 questions drawn at random. You need 80 percent to pass, and you get 3 attempts.

Your employer's part
Your employer must still give you its written anti-harassment policy and keep your training record. Training alone does not protect an employer from liability.
What this course does not do
This course is for supervisors. Employees who do not supervise other people take a separate course of at least 1 hour (Gov. Code 12950.1(a)). Lesson 1 explains who counts as a supervisor. The 120 minutes of study before the final exam and the certificate of completion do not by themselves show that your employer has met the law. The course also covers federal law where it applies. The course is online only.
