Your employer's part
This online course does not replace the training your employer must give on your own job: site-specific training, and hands-on practice and evaluation where the rule requires them.
What this course does not do
Your employer must still provide the PPE the rules require, make sure it fits, and instruct you on the hazards and precautions of your work (8 CCR 1510(a), 3203(a)(7)). This course does not replace your employer's instruction on the hazards of your job. Your employer keeps your training record under 8 CCR 3203(b). The course is online only.
