Terms of Service

Online courses (M Squared Training Academy)

These terms apply to online safety courses bought on msquaredsafety.com from M Squared Safety Solutions, Inc.

One seat per learner

Each course purchase is one seat for one learner. A login may not be shared, and a certificate is issued only to the learner who completed the course. To train a crew, buy one seat for each worker.

Access

Your login arrives by email, usually within minutes of your order. Courses run on a phone, tablet or computer, and your progress saves as you go.

Final exam and certificate

Each course ends with a final exam: 25 questions (50 for HAZWOPER First Responder Awareness), 80 percent to pass, 3 attempts. The final exam opens after at least 60 minutes of active study in the lessons; the DOT reasonable suspicion and asbestos courses have longer timed minimums. When you pass, you can print a certificate of completion from M Squared Safety Solutions, Inc. The certificate expires 1 year after it is issued, and M Squared Safety keeps your training record.

Print your certificate within 7 days

You have 7 days after you pass to print or download your certificate. After 7 days your login may be closed. If you did not print your certificate within the 7 days, you will have to submit a request to info@msquaredsafety.com to receive it. Include your name, the course and the date you passed.

Your employer's part

An online course does not replace the training your employer must give on your own job: site-specific training, and hands-on practice and evaluation where the rule requires them.

Not an OSHA Outreach course

These online courses are not part of the OSHA Outreach Training Program and do not come with an OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour card. M Squared Safety offers OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour classes separately, in person or over Zoom or Teams.

Refunds

Full refund if the learner has not opened the course. Once a course has been started, it cannot be refunded. See our refund policy.
