Your employer's part
This online course does not replace the training your employer must give on your own job: site-specific training, and hands-on practice and evaluation where the rule requires them.
What this course does not do
Your employer sets the monitors, engine rules and ventilation for each site. This course does not include air testing or monitor calibration, respirator medical evaluation, fit testing or respirator training, or confined space entry and rescue training. It does not replace California Cal/OSHA training. This is the federal OSHA course. If you work in a state with its own OSHA-approved plan, your state may have different or more stringent rules. The course is online only.
