Your employer's part
This online course does not replace the training your employer must give on your own job: site-specific training, and hands-on practice and evaluation where the rule requires them.
What this course does not do
This course is not for construction work, which falls under OSHA's separate construction lead rule; 1910.1025 also does not cover agriculture. It does not include air monitoring, blood tests, medical exams, a respirator medical evaluation or a fit test. Your employer must still train you on your own workplace's lead operations, controls, compliance plan and respirators; a review checklist is built into the course.
