Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship throughout the United States. We also ship to the international destinations offered at checkout. On international orders, import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping cost
Every shipping option available for your order, and its cost, is shown at checkout before you pay.
For most products, US shipping is a flat rate based on your order subtotal:

International shipping is calculated at checkout by the carrier.
Malta Dynamics products
Malta Dynamics products ship free by Ground to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses use the rates in the table above.
Wall Walker products
Shipping on Wall Walker products is calculated at checkout from live UPS rates, based on the weight of your order and where it is going.
Orders that mix products
If your order includes products with different shipping terms, checkout combines them and shows the total shipping cost before you pay. Orders with products from more than one manufacturer may arrive in separate shipments.
Delivery times
Ground and Expedited (2-day) describe carrier transit time once your order ships. They do not include the time needed to process your order.
Freight items
Large items that ship by freight, including FODS trackout mats and ground protection mats, are marked "Freight: billed separately" on the product page. Freight is not included in your order total. We call you with a freight quote before your order ships.
Pre-orders
Some items are sold as pre-orders. The product page says so, and we confirm timing with you after you order.
