Shipping Policy

Effective September 25, 2026.

Where we ship

We ship throughout the United States. We also ship to the international destinations offered at checkout. On international orders, import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping cost

Every shipping option available for your order, and its cost, is shown at checkout before you pay. US orders of $50 or more qualify for free Economy shipping on items that ship by parcel carrier.

Freight items

Large items that ship by freight, including FODS trackout mats and ground protection mats, are marked "Freight: billed separately" on the product page. Freight is not included in your order total. We call you with a freight quote before your order ships.

Pre-orders

Some items are sold as pre-orders. The product page says so, and we confirm timing with you after you order.
