We are headquartered at 981 Calle Negocio, Suite 200, San Clemente, California 92673, and our consulting team works the coast and the inland counties from Ventura down to the border. Consulting, Fractional EHS and on-site training stay inside that footprint, because safety consulting done properly means being on your site. Site safety staffing and fall protection equipment are different: both run nationwide.

Why the consulting footprint is deliberate
Cal/OSHA is a state plan, not federal OSHA. California has standards with no federal equivalent, including heat illness both outdoors at 8 CCR 3395 and indoors at 8 CCR 3396, wildfire smoke at 8 CCR 5141.1, and a mandatory Injury and Illness Prevention Program under 8 CCR 3203. A national consultancy hands you a template written for the federal standard and leaves you to find the gaps during an inspection.
Staying inside Southern California also means we can be on your jobsite. A safety programme is only worth what it changes on the ground, and you cannot audit a site over email.

Two lines are not tied to the consulting footprint, because neither depends on our consultants driving to you.
- Site safety staffing. We place safety managers, safety coordinators and federal Site Safety and Health Officers on projects anywhere in the country, screened against the requirements of the state the work is in.
