About M Squared Safety

I'm Matt Horovitz, and I run M Squared Safety from our office at 981 Calle Negocio, Suite 200, in San Clemente. I have spent twenty plus years managing contractor safety programs on live job sites, from the written programs Cal/OSHA asks to see first to jobsite inspections and crew training.

What we do

Consulting comes first here: Cal/OSHA written programs (IIPP, Heat Illness Prevention Plan, Code of Safe Practices), jobsite inspections, and Fractional EHS for companies that need a safety manager without a full-time hire.

Training sits right beside it. We run OSHA Outreach, fall protection, EM 385-1-1 and other field courses on your job site, scheduled around the work.

After that comes equipment: fall protection, confined space, gas detection and site protection from Malta Dynamics, Wall Walker and the other lines we carry, sold to contractors anywhere in the country. Then rentals, and site safety staffing.

Where we work

The consulting work covers Southern California from Ventura County to the Mexico border: Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties. Training is delivered on site nationwide, and equipment and rentals ship nationwide.
