The DUO TRACER is Senko's two channel personal monitor. It sits between the single gas SGT-P and the four gas MGT: two sensors, chosen as a pair, in a body about the size of a single gas monitor.
When two gases is the right number
Some jobs have exactly two gases to watch. Oxygen and carbon monoxide around combustion equipment. Oxygen and carbon dioxide in beverage and cold storage rooms. Nitrogen dioxide and carbon monoxide around diesel exhaust. Carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulfide on a crew that works near both. A dual gas monitor gives you both alarms in one instrument without buying and charging a four gas monitor for every person.
A two gas monitor is not a confined space entry instrument. Testing a space before entry needs a pump and a probe, which is the job of the SP-MGTP.

Ranges are taken from SENKO's DUO TRACER datasheet. The datasheet code is the letter or number SENKO uses for the same model in its own documents.

What you get
From SENKO's DUO TRACER datasheet:
- Diffusion sampling, with electrochemical sensors and infrared (NDIR) sensors on the methane and carbon dioxide channels
- IP67 water and dust rating
- Audible, visual and vibrating alarm, with an LCD and flashing LEDs
- Logs the most recent 30 alarm events
- Replaceable 3.6 V lithium (Li/SOCl2) primary battery. Battery life is about 2 years on the electrochemical pairs and about 3 months on DUO TRACER-1, -2 and -17, which carry an infrared sensor, based on 8 hours of use a day with wireless turned off
- 56 x 89 x 21 mm (2.2 x 3.5 x 0.83 in), 200 g (7.05 oz)
- Operating temperature -20 to +50 C (-4 to +122 F)
- Bump test and calibration in the Dock DUO docking station, configuration through the IR Link or wireless
- Calibration cap, manual, and calibration and test certificate in the box
- 2 year warranty from the date of purchase
SENKO's datasheet lists IECEx, ATEX, CSA/UL and INMETRO hazardous location certification for DUO TRACER-1 through -15 (codes 1 to 9 and A to F). If you are ordering DUO TRACER-16 or -17 for a classified area, ask us to confirm the marking first.
