The Warthog Tongue and Buckle Harness is a dependable, economy-priced Class 3 full-body harness built for everyday fall protection on construction, roofing, and industrial jobsites across California. It gives your crew a comfortable, compliant tie-off point that stands up to daily use without stretching your safety budget.

Rated for workers from 130 to 310 lbs, the Warthog limits arresting force to no more than 1,800 lbs in a fall. Its one-piece construction stays put without slipping, and the tongue-and-buckle leg straps adjust quickly for a secure, custom fit on any worker. Available in sizes S-M through 3XL.

Key features

  • Class 3 full-body harness rated for 130 to 310 lb workers
  • Tongue-and-buckle leg straps for fast, precise adjustment
  • Dual lanyard keepers hold lanyards out of the way while working
  • One-piece build resists slipping and holds its fit
  • Customizable ID label that does not compromise webbing integrity
  • Meets ANSI and OSHA fall protection testing requirements

Common uses

  • General construction and roofing
  • Industrial and facility maintenance at height
  • Outfitting crews that need reliable protection at an economy price point

How to put on and adjust the Warthog harness

  1. Hold the back D-ring, shake the harness to free the straps, and unfasten any buckles.
  2. Slip the straps over your shoulders, keeping the D-ring centered on your back.
  3. Pass each leg through the leg straps and connect them to the buckles.
  4. Fasten the waist belt if your harness has one.
  5. Connect the chest strap, keeping it 6 to 8 inches below your throat.

Inspect the harness before every use and take any harness that has arrested a fall out of service.
