Longer slider tube that lets Wall Walker brackets hang over walls 10 to 20 inches thick. The slider tube is the crosspiece that spans the wall, so its length sets the wall thickness the system can straddle.
Check the range before ordering. The manufacturer specifies three slider tube sizes by band, not by maximum: ST1820 covers 10 to 20 in, ST1835 covers 21 to 35 in, and ST3660 covers 36 to 60 in. A 25 inch assembly needs the ST1835, not this one.
Common on multi-family and light commercial work, where double stud walls, shaft walls, party walls and furred assemblies run well past a standard 2x6 exterior wall. Measure the finished assembly thickness, not the stud. Standard slider tubes ship with the bracket pairs and cross a thinner wall than these.
