When a safety question lands, you email us and you get a straight answer from someone who has actually done the work. Ask as many questions as you want. Tell us how you want to hear back, by email, a phone call, or a Zoom, and that is how we will reply.

We answer within one business day, and usually the same business day. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm Pacific.

This is not an emergency line. If someone is hurt or in immediate danger, call 911 and follow your emergency action plan.

What the line covers: where to start on a topic and what a standard actually asks of you, which rule or form applies, a plain read on a citation and what your options are, a gut check when you are not sure you have it right, and what your written program needs to contain.

What needs more than a call: building your written programs, on-site inspections and audits, running training, certificated and high-hazard work (fall protection, scaffold, confined space, OSHA 10 and 30, respiratory protection), and representing you with OSHA. That work lives in our Supplemental and Fractional services, and we will tell you straight when a question crosses into it.

Guidance is based on Federal OSHA standards. In California we also advise on Cal/OSHA, which is the only state program we advise on.
